2016 is fast approaching and for many that means new years resolutions. At the top of the list is exercising, eating right, drinking more water or at the very least drinking, smoking and eating less. We all see it, at the start of the year Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram and Snapchat are flooded with gym selfies, smoothie recipes and wishful, inspiring quotes like “A healthy outside starts from the inside” ~ Robert Urich. Unfortunately for most these new healthy routines will not make it into February let alone the second week into the New Year. So what makes a healthy resolution into healthy habit?
