Shipping

All orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of placing your order unless otherwise stated. Business hours are Monday through Friday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm PST.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a tracking and or pro number. Tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update with USPS and UPS from the time the shipment is accepted.

**Due to COVID-19, all shipping carriers have suspended guaranteed shipping times** We offer USPS Priority Mail Express (overnight delivery to most US locations), UPS Overnight Air, UPS 2-Day Air and UPS 3-Day Air. USPS Priority Mail Express in not guaranteed. Orders must be placed before 8:00 am EST in order to guarantee overnight delivery. All orders placed with expedited shipping after 8:00 am will ship the next business day (Monday - Friday). Overnight orders placed on Friday deliver next business day, Monday. Saturday delivery is available upon special request with USPS and UPS, depending on location. Please contact us if you require FedEx expedited shipping.

USPS Priority mail is insured for up to $50. UPS mail is insured for up to $100. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this site is passed to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

All orders over 100 lb ship ground freight within the continental US. We ship freight to business and residential addresses. Lift-gate and pallet jack are available for delivery locations without a dock. All merchandise will come wrapped on pallets. Please note that transit times are not guaranteed and insurance is not included unless otherwise requested. Freight delivery is Monday through Friday. Please contact us for ocean and air export.

Returns

Bombshell Commodities offers a wide variety of products to a diverse customer base. We strive to works closely with each and every customer to ensure you get the best raw materials to meet your needs. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at (216) 374-0698.

Any and all returns and or exchanges must be approved prior and are at the discretion of Bombshell Commodities. All returns are for unopened product only. Returns are subject to handling and restocking fees. Buyer is responsible for shipping, handling and insurance of returned material to Bombshell Commodities if approved. Returned merchandise must be received within 15 days of your order. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

All of our scented and unscented herbal blends are custom made to order and are not eligible for returns.
